To any potential patients (or family/friends of prospective patients) considering coming here..Be warned that this place is a disgrace in every way. My step-father recently spent a few days here and the whole experience was nothing short of unbelievably disappointing and deplorable. The food was pathetic in quality and quantity. They never changed his clothes/gowns, never showered/bathed/cleaned him up or helped him with his hygiene needs properly. They failed to take him to his very important off-site specialist’s appointment – despite assuring family members on three separate occasions that he would be taken to the appointment to have medical devices removed from his veins. There were other unprofessional and unacceptable issues that occurred during his brief time here but I’m too angry to go into more details right now. Again, be warned about coming here at your own risk/peril.

Never go here! It was filthy, tray still dirty from prior guest, old dirty clothes & sheets left in closet. Extremely hot no ac on in the middle of summer! The so called nurses were worthless to help. Clients walking around or sitting in wheelchairs at 3am talking loud, yelling & being disruptive! Tv’s on so loud you could hear them from many rooms down. Horrible, terrible, unbelievable people would go there! No available walkers to help people walk. They are LOCKED UP AT NIGHT! If you cant help yourself here, youre screwed!

I can’t say enough great things about Desert Willow Post Acute! From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their residents. The team is welcoming, compassionate, and professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. The facility has a great atmosphere, and it’s clear that everyone—from nursing and therapy to activities, dietary, and administration—works together as a team. The level of care and attention to detail really stands out. If you or a loved one is looking for a skilled nursing facility in Las Vegas, I would definitely recommend Desert Willow Post Acute. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
